A gentleman emailed me on a recent early Friday morning to ask if I could repair his plumbing system ASAP because he was having a party the next day.  Apparently some bricks (yes, bricks) had fallen off the roof on to the pool equipment and broke several pipes. Fortunately, I was able to get there immediately - it was still dark.  I repaired the plumbing and went on my way.  To my surprise he emailed a thank you that I want to share with readers of this site.

I feel compelled to write this email to let you know how unbelievably satisfied I am with your phenomenal level of service with my swimming pool issues this morning. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined at 5 o'clock this morning that an email would be followed up with a return call within 5 minutes and the three major repairs completed within one hour and completed at a very fair price! I didn't think this level of service existed in this country anymore. As a business owner of two companies I can only hope to provide that level of service for my clients.  With all of this happening after never having met you or dealt with your company in the past. I have to say this is the most incredible level of service I have ever received. EVER!!!! If you ever need a referral, feel free to have anyone contact me at anytime. You are my new pool guy for life!! I cannot thank you enough!!! I'll be talking about this one for a while. Thanks to you our party will go on as planned. Absolutely Incredible level of service!!!
